Returns

Skincare Fridges: In the rare occasion where you find your skincare fridge to be faulty, we will allow a  return or exchange under the following conditions:  

• You must notify us within 7 working days of receiving your order; 
• Provide us with evidence to support your claim; 
• Must be returned to us in original packaging  

We do not offer any return or exchanges for change of mind so please choose carefully. 

Silk exfoliating body gloves: For hygiene purposes, we are unable to accept any returns or refunds for this product. If you change your mind, please note we are unable to provide you a refund.
