Shipping Policy
We use Australia post and Sendle courier services to ship your order. Once your order is fulfilled, we will send the tracking information to your nominated email address. If you place your order on a weekday before 12pm (AEST) we guarantee you same day dispatch. All other orders will be processed the following day.
Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
Please note, we do not accept PO BOX addresses and it is your responsibility to provide us with a valid current address.
Domestic shipping rates
We charge a flat fee of $6.50 for all domestic orders under $60.
Free domestic shipping for orders over $60.
International shipping rates
We are currently offering standard international shipping to a selected number of countries. Depending on your destination and address, shipping will be calculated at checkout. We will provide you with a tracking number once your order is fulfilled.

- Asia (India, Indonesia, Japan, Jordan, Lebanon, Malaysia, Singapore, Qatar, United Arab Emirates.
Please note, some countries (such as those located in the European Union) charge duties or Value Added Tax when goods are imported.
Monfrigo has no control over these fees and is not responsible for any of these charges. These charges are imposed by and controlled by local governments, border security and/or customs authorities and can be added randomly.
It is your responsibility to pay any duties, Value Added Tax or other similar charges. If you refuse to pay these additional amounts then your delivery will be returned to us.
